Orders are shipped within 48 hours and only during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Orders placed on Fridays are usually processed the following Monday. The usual delivery time is between 5 and 8 business days. We will contact you if there is an additional delay.
Due to the independent laws governing each shipping company, some products must be sold only in Canada and cannot be shipped abroad. Delivery times abroad vary between 5 and 12 working days but it sometimes happens that the package is held up at customs for a few days longer. Esser is in no way responsible for any delays or customs clearance fees that may be charged to you, nor for any taxes that your country may impose.
The prices displayed on www.esserstudio.com are in Canadian dollars ($). The exchange rate at which your transaction will be processed will be determined by your credit card issuer at the time of processing.
In the event of an error on our part concerning the choice of your items or in the case of a damaged product at the time of its reception, Esser commits itself to assume the totality of the expenses of delivery for the return of this goods. In order to obtain a refund, the customer is responsible for keeping the package in its original condition until we make an insurance claim.
With the exception of the above, the customer is fully responsible for the shipping costs of any returned product. The return must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product and it must not have been worn or washed, must have its original tags and must be in perfect condition. The packaging in which you return the product must be adequate, clean and safe.
Please note that the initial shipping cost will not be refunded when returning for a refund. Products purchased online are not refundable or exchangeable at retail stores and the same applies to returns. Products on sale automatically become a final sale and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged.
In all cases, you must contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org to have an official number assigned to the return of merchandise before making the return. We will then guide you through the steps to follow for a proper return. Esser will be obliged to refuse any return of merchandise if this protocol is not respected. To facilitate this, you can send us photographs of the defective product in your claim.
